Specialising in Leadership and People Management, Michelle has been instrumental in developing our Skills Bootcamps within Engineering and Manufacturing. She helps clients identify skills gaps—particularly in leadership, management, and lean processes, and supports teams in bridging those gaps effectively.

Her sessions are not only inspiring but also highly impactful. Clients regularly share how Michelle’s training leads to tangible improvements and lasting results. She has a real talent for guiding teams to recognise where they need to improve and supporting them to make meaningful change.
